Can I change my plan later?

You can change you business plan at any time, just reach out to our Financial Services Officers and they will help you find a solution that would work better for your business volume and needs.

Are there any hidden fees?

There are no hidden fees at BCU. We are a member owned financial institution and we work for our members in a transparent and fair manner, adhering to the Credit Union Market Conduct Code. All the fees that are charged for specific transactions can be found on our posted business fees page.

How do I avoid monthly fees?

You can either continue using the Freedom Plan and only pay according to our posted Business fees for the transactions above the 5 free transaction per month limit, or if you choose to use any other higher plan, you need to maintain the minimum account balance for the monthly fee to be waived.
