On March 15, Old Mill hosted a special celebration marking the 75th anniversary of the League of Ukrainian Canadians. This milestone event brought the community together to honor a shared legacy of resilience and support for Ukraine.
As part of the celebration, attendees had the opportunity to explore a powerful exhibition from the international human rights project, “Putin’s Real Prisoners: Political Prisoners of Oppressed Nations.” This initiative, led by the Anti-Imperial Bloc of Nations in partnership with the League of Ukrainian Canadians, highlights the struggle for freedom and justice.
