We want to share an important update with our Hamilton members. 

BCU Financial will be closing our Kenilworth branch at 249 Kenilworth Avenue North. All services and operations will be transitioning to our Starsky Banking Centre, which will continue to serve as our Hamilton location. 

We understand that for many members, the Kenilworth branch has been a familiar and convenient place to do their banking. After careful consideration, consolidating our Hamilton operations allows us to continue providing strong service while focusing our resources in one fully supported location. 

What this means for you 

  • Your accounts, cards, and online banking access remain unchanged. 
  • Our team will be there to assist you with any questions or support during the transition. 

Key dates 

  • Last days of service at the Kenilworth branch: June 9 and 30, 2026  
  • Hours of operation (summer hours until further notice)  
    • Monday to Friday – 11:30AM – 5:00PM 
    • Tuesday, June 9 & 30 – CLOSED
