BCU At The 2nd Niagara Ukrainian Family Festival, July 6, 2024

On July 6, 2024, BCU Financial participated as a Platinum sponsor in the 2nd Niagara Ukrainian Family Festival, co-organized by Niagarka and St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church. Once again members of the Ukrainian community in the Niagara region came together to spend their weekend in good company, sharing Ukrainian culture with vibrant dancing, singing and live music. As per tradition, there were Ukrainian cuisine and stalls of local vendors with crafts and gifts. Kids had fun with the bouncy castles, a photo zone with Ukrainian costumes, face painting, and games.

We welcomed a lot of engaged guests at our tent! Everyone who visited had a chance to spin our Wheel of Prizes and take home a gift, or just get a colourful tattoo to show off their Ukrainian pride. And of course, our Lys Mykyta was also present, standing tall and catching the visitors’ attention.

We thank the organizers for the fun, entertaining, and well-organized event, and all the guests for coming to meet us! We are proud to support the Ukrainian community in the Niagara region and offer our digital banking services to members across Ontario.
