BCU Financial is continuously monitoring the COVID-19 developments closely. We have implemented best practices according to the guidance which is being provided by health officials, including the Ministry of Health. At BCU Financial, our primary focus has been on the safety and well-being of our employees and our members.
Effective on Tuesday, September 8, 2020, all BCU Branches will have new extended hours of operation Monday to Saturday until further notice.

We encourage all BCU Financial members to utilize BCULink Telephone, Internet & Mobile Banking services as much as possible. Please contact your local branch in order to set up your BCU Link Banking Services if you have no already done so. We are here to help you.
The COVID-19 pandemic continues to rapidly evolve and impact us all. We are optimistic that, if we all do our part, we can help curtail the spread of this virus.
Reminder – Required Face Coverings or Masks
In response to new regulations and recommendations advised by public health officials, our BCU Financial Branches require all employees, members and visitors to wear face coverings or masks while on our premises and accessing services, effective Tuesday, July 7, 2020.
For members who do not have a mask or face covering, masks will be available at our BCU Branches for a small fee of $1. All proceeds will go to BCU Foundation to help those most affected by COVID-19.
