BCU’s own Lys Mykyta was once again a crowd favourite and delighted the parade goers with his enthusiasm and was always happy to pose for a selfie with onlookers.

BCU staff participated in the 3 day festival by welcoming all festival attendees with lots of BCU swag, treats, balloons for children and a social media contest with a TV grandprize!

As a sign of appreciation to the Ukrainian-Canadian community, BCU distributed festive treats made by local Ukrainian-Canadian business The CakeSmith Inc. – located in the heart of the Bloor West Village!
