Credit Unions across Canada help those impacted by BC floods

As a community-based financial institution, BCU Financial Group understands the importance of the support that we provide in our local communities. As a co-operative, we value working together for a common goal. BCU Financial Group did not hesitate to step up when communities in BC needed help.

Recently, the people of British Columbia have once again faced extreme weather emergencies on a massive scale. Severe storms have resulted in flooding, landslides, mudslides, power outages, and other incidents across the South Coastal and Interior regions of the province.  As families affected by this tragedy work to rebuild what they can, we think of them as Christmas approaches with the spirit of giving. BCU Financial and BCU Foundation have provided a combined donation of $10,000 to the British Columbia Floods & Extreme Weather Appeal to assist with the relief efforts.

Please join us and other credit unions across Canada in support of the Canadian Red Cross and those who were impacted by the flooding in southern BC.
