How To add BCULink to browser’s pop-up exceptions for the most common browsers

BCULink’s address (www.bculink.ca) needs to be added to pop-up blocker’s exception list to make sure that eTransfer secure page is not being blocked by your web browser.

Internet Explorer

1. Click on Tools (Menu Bar or Command Bar icon button)
   
2. Click on Internet Options
   
   
3. Click on the Privacy tab and Settings button in the Pop-up Blocker section
   
4. In the Address of website to allow line type “www.bculink.ca” (without quotation marks) and then click on the Add button
   
5. Click on the Close button
   
6. Click on OK
   

CHROME

1. In the top-right corner of Chrome, click the Chrome menu
2. Select Settings
   
3. Select the Privacy and Security tab. Click Site Settings
   
4. Under “Permissions” click the Pop-ups and redirects button
   
5. Under “Allow” click Add
   
6. Type in “www.bculink.ca” (without quotation marks)
7. Click Add and close Settings tab
   

SAFARI

Pop-up blocker has to be disabled in Safari as it does not have the ability to add exceptions.

1. Click the Safari menu item
2. Click Preferences
   
3. Click on the Websites tab
4. Under General, click Pop-up Windows
5. Locate the BCULink URL in the list, then click the dropdown selection menu next to the URL and choose Allow
   
   
6. Close Safari Preferences
