BCU Financial introduces a new convenient online appointment booking system which aims to streamline member experiences by allowing them to schedule appointments directly with Financial Services Officers and Member Services Representatives at their preferred branches conveniently and efficiently.
With the new online system, members can now avoid long wait times to get their appointments confirmed and enjoy the flexibility of choosing appointment slots that suit their schedules, bringing a new level of convenience to the banking experience. If a preferred staff member is not available on a desirable date and time, members can still book with other available staff at the branch. At the same time, having appointments scheduled in advance and having visibility of the upcoming needs of members, our branch staff will have an opportunity to prepare for the appointment ahead of time and serve members even more efficiently.
With this new development, we will continue serving walk-in visitors without appointments based on the time and staff availability on a particular day.
