BCU Financial Registered Plans Promotion Summary 

Buduchnist Credit Union Limited is carrying on business as BCU Financial. BCU Financial is a registered trade name and trademark of Buduchnist Credit Union Limited. 

BCU Financial will deposit an additional $100 into the registered account of individuals who visit a BCU Financial branch between April 27 and May 11, 2024 (“Promotion Period”) to become a new BCU Member, open a Registered Education Savings Plan (RESP), Registered Retirement Savings Plan(RRSP), Tax Free Savings Account (TFSA) or First Home Savings Account (FHSA) and use the referral code UKRAINIAN MOMS.  The promotion is open to legal residents of Ontario, who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Limit of one $100 deposit funded by BCU per person.

BCU Financial Registered Plans Promotion Rules

1.  BCU Financial. The BCU Financial New Account Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Buduchnist Credit Union Limited o/a BCU Financial, 2280 Bloor Street West Toronto, Ontario M6S 1N9, https://www.bcufinancial.com. BCU Financial’s credit union branches include: Bloor West, Mississauga, Oakville, North Toronto, Hamilton, Hamilton – Starsky, Ottawa (“Branches”). 

2.  Eligibility. The Promotion is open to new individual members (“Members”) of BCU Financial’s credit union, who are legal residents of Ontario, and who have reached 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of BCU Financial, related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, departments or agencies, franchisees, suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies and any other parties engaged in the development, production or distribution of the Promotion’s materials, and those living in the same household are not eligible. By participating in the Promotion, entrants acknowledge compliance with, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Rules. Entrants who do not comply with any of the Promotion’s Rules are subject to disqualification by BCU Financial, in its sole discretion. 

3.  Promotion Period. The Promotion Period begins on April 27, 2024 at 12 PM and ends on May 11, 2024 at 11:59 PM. 

4.  How to Participate. You can participate in the Promotion by opening a new Membership with BCU Financial and opening a new Registered Education Savings Plan (RESP), Registered Retirement Savings Plan(RRSP), Tax Free Savings Account (TFSA) or First Home Savings Account (FHSA) at one of its branches and using the referral code UKRAINIAN MOMS during the Promotion Period. BCU Financial will deposit $100 into that account.  

5.  Other Conditions. BCU Financial reserves the right to terminate or amend the Promotion at any time and in any way, without prior notice to participants. Without limiting the foregoing, if, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as originally planned for any reason, BCU Financial reserves the right to cancel any draws during the Contest Period. 

6.  Law. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable Canadian federal, provincial, territorial, municipal and local laws. This Promotion shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the province of Ontario including all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of this Promotion’s Rules, rights and obligations between participants and the BCU Financial, and procedural provisions, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be adjudicated by the courts sitting in the City of Toronto. 

7.  Rule Amendments. BCU Financial reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend or modify these Promotion’s Rules, or modify, cancel or suspend the Promotion, without prior notice for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation in the event that any cause beyond the reasonable control of BCU Financial corrupts, or threatens to corrupt, the security or proper administration of the Promotion. 

8.  Intellectual Property. All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source codes, images, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations are owned by BCU Financial. All rights reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any of BCU Financial’s intellectual property without the express written consent of BCU Financial is strictly prohibited.
